Can I use a small wind turbine to power part of my electricity at my rented property?

So I just had a thought. I live in a generally quite windy area. Im renting a property here and I’m wondering if there’s a way I could use a small wind turbine or two attached to my balcony/roof to power my place. But also I want to know if there’s an uninvasive way to get that power to my home without needing a bunch of work done.(doubt my landlord would go for it, but maybe) Like could I perhaps have a large battery that holds the power that I can then just connect stuff to when needed? I don’t know I just wanted to run it by the professionals, thanks!
