Looking for Recommendation: 4-room flat with LVP

I'd like to buy my aging mother (a tidy freak) a robot floor cleaner for her 4-room flat. Floors are 100% LVP (vinyl plank) with a few throw rugs in the bedroom and sitting room, and some foam rubber anti-fatigue mats in the kitchen.

I want the system to be as hands-off as possible. She is surprisingly tech-savvy, and very sharp, so using a tablet/phone app is no problem, but ideally I'd want the robot to be able to find and clean all the rooms on its own. She would have a hard time physically moving the robot from its dock to, say, the sitting room to clean just that room.

Also, ideally, the device should be able to detect if its on a throw rug or LVP and adjust itself accordingly without human intervention. Having to place the machine physically in a spot and then tell it "clean this rug" is unfortunately a non-starter due to mobility etc. It needs to be able to figure this stuff out on its own and accommodate.

Does such a system exist? I'm not really worried about budget as long as it ticks all the boxes for functionality, product durability, minimal human intervention, etc. Very thankful for any leads!
