F1 student from one of the 19 travel ban countries

As the title goes, I’m from one of the travel ban countries here in the US on F1 visa. I’m graduating this semester, and currently waiting for my OPT approval. I’m wondering if these policies would affect on F1 students and their OPT applications. I’d appreciate if any attorney can give what they think based on their interpretation. Thank you.
