Hi, it's Dr.Damn, just wake up. Before I sleep, i was notice that Kitasan Black is clueless about how to love someone like Teio, who was deep hurt.

So.

Here's some guide for both of Kitasan Black about:

# How to Love Someone Who Has Been Hurt

--

1. Safety First:

> Your first objective is to help her feel safe no matter what you want to do.

> How:

- Soft voice, slow movement

- Don’t touch without asking

- Sit beside, not over her

- Don’t bring upsetting topics

---

2. Let Her Set the Pace:

> She has all the right to chooses when to talk, how much she want to share.

Lines you can use:

“I’m here when you want to talk.”

“You don’t have to explain anything today.”

“I’m not going anywhere.”

---

3. Validate — Don’t Fix

> She doesn’t want solutions. She wants understanding.

❌ “Don’t cry… you’re fine!”
✔ “Anyone in your place would feel this hurt.”
✔ “I’m proud of how strong you are.”

---

4. No Jealousy / No Pressure (This is y'all doing so wrong!)

> Trauma can make love feel dangerous.

> Y'all must avoid:

- Asking who she loves more

- Guilt-tripping (“I’m doing so much for you!”)

- Demanding affection back

> Love must feel like a soft place to land & soft place mean it should be safe.

---

5. Be a Calm Anchor

> She will have:

- Nightmares

- Rage spikes

- Shame spirals

- Withdrawal days

> You may responds with:

- “I’ll stay with you through this.”

Consistency is love.

---

6. Respect All Medical Boundaries (this is also what y'all falling)

- No triggering media

- No emotional confrontations

- No stress about past violence

> Romance later → safety now.

---

7. Give Her a Future To Look Toward

> Small hope is powerful:

- Watch races again someday

- Rehab victories

- Shared friend support

- Hachimi dates when safe!

---

Conclusion: Y'all do whatever you do for her, but remember to always thinking for her safety but that was we are needed rn.

Thanks you y'all.

Gonna teach Kitasans Somehow.
