Black Friday deal

Horizon hobby had the arrma typhon mega 665 on sale for 149.99 on black friday so i got it and a hobbywing quicrun 10bl120 3652 3250kv combo and swapped out the brushed 665 motor and esc and i got a cheap reciever tramsmitter for $30. Ive been running on 4s and the plastic gears are holding up good. I ordered a metal spur to replace the plastic but hasn't arrived yet. But I'm impressed as I was sure first pull on the trigger would of sheared the gears especially with punch turned up to 9. I like reverse set to 100% so I can do reverse wheelies that I've sheared metal gears doing but this has held for 6 packs so far. If they hold up with proline badlands on the plastic gears I amsticking with plastic and its so quiet compared to my vorteks that's fans are stupid loud both esc and motor fans sound like a jet engine lol and 4s metal diff gears and center diff all metal its crazy loud. Kinda like it quiet. My gut says the proline badlands will be the end of plastic gears lol. Still got a 4s typhon for under $300 brand new imo is a deal.
