I did an elective in the summer before I joined ilc - its not included on my transcript - what do I do? - I'm so confused pls HELP!!!

I left my in-person school in June - did an elective in July - joined ILC in October - now the electice is not on my transcript because I left my in person school before they could add it - so now what do I do? I need the updated transcript with my elective inside - I contacted ILC, and they said I have to get it from my previous school - in this case they said I should contact tdsb summer school so that they can send me a transcript - that takes 2 weeks - i have to send it to ilc by the 15th so that they can give my info to OUAC before the deadline - do we have to complete the eligibility form before 15th of December? - or can I finish it whenver I get the transcript from TDSB? - I'm confused plse help!!!
