Has anyone been offered an advance by SoundOn?

SoundOn (Tik Tok owned I believe) has offered me a recoupable advance for a one year exclusive distribution of one of my albums. Has anyone been offered similar and is there a downside? The album is old but a number of songs are my top streamers on Spotify etc
