How to get amount of foreign dividends from Vanguard ETFs?

I hold VWO and VEA and I moved to Europe.

I am looking at Vanguard website and 1099 and I don't see how to figure out the amount of dividends that come from US vs foreign companies. The country I am in will not grant me tax credit for any tax I pay to US on dividends from non-US companies, so I must know the exact amounts for dividend from US and ex-US companies.
