Canada- Is it routine for your family doctor to call you after your end of first trimester scan regardless of results?

I went for bloodwork and ultrasound on Tuesday for my first trimester screening (13 weeks) and received a call from a receptionist that my report came in and my family doctor needs to see me for a follow up. She booked me for 2 days from now on a Saturday. Now I’m wondering if something came up they need to talk to me about or is it 100% routine to have a follow up regardless of anything being “wrong” or not for this testing period.
