Quick Drop of Wi-Fi Speed then Recovers?

Hi,

Unsure if this is normal or if I need to reconfigure my Eeros / better placement. But whenever I move to a room with another eero, my wifi bars drop for a quick second or so, then it recovers. Is this normal? It'll drop one bar (this is me using an iPhone as an example), but the internet is significantly slow from just that one bar drop. But once it's at full bars, the internet is back to normal speed. Thanks!
