Okay, so this is an incredibly long shot but I am so incredibly sad and this is probably the last chance I have of finding it.
For context, my grandma gave me this dress when I was about a year old and I absolutely loved the way it felt, so it quickly became my blankey. Not to go into too much of a sob story, but I'm autistic and didn't have a great childhood, and this dress was the only thing that helped me cope. It immediately calmed me when I rubbed the fabric between my fingers or held it against my face. I am twenty-five now and still can't sleep without it. 😅 Unfortunately, it is falling apart thread by thread and it looks worse everyday. I already started looking for a replacement when I was eight years old and it got the first tears and rips, but I've been unable to find anything even back then. I know that the tag said "CARHO - Carl Hofmann' and that it used to he a german clothing brand, which would make sense as both me and my grandma are living in Germany. I even found some baby dresses from that specific brand, but they're not the one I have. It's blue with purpley-pink butterflies, fireflies and flowers, this picture is from a few years ago back when it wasn't AS destroyed as it is now. I really, really hope someone on here will be able to find it, even if it's just the same fabric so I can make a new one and finally get to retire my old one and put it into a shadow box. I got it in 2001, at least that's what my parents say, but I think it could be possible that it's way older and my grandma found it at a flea market or something because all similar dresses I found from that brand (there weren't a lot) were from the 80's-90's. Also the grey part used to be light blue, I'm pretty sure.

vintage baby dress, probably from the 80's or 90's
