Where can I get universal couch arm cushions?

I just moved into a house and I have an older sectional couch from Ashley furniture it's the alenya sectional. I have 2 single extension seats that don't fit in my couch anymore due to the living room layout. I do have room to make them into a loveseat but of course it's need arms for them. So where can I get couch arm cushions
