Business is slow

We run a family owned business in Surrey and it's super slow. It's actually kind of scary how quiet it is out there. I'm worried about expenses and shop leases because if it stays like this, how will small family businesses survive? Anyone else running a small business and stressed? I know it usually slows down during December, but this time it's different, something is not right.
