AI Free Workplace Statements?

I work in communications for an affordable housing, homelessness and poverty nonprofit. Writing about the people that we work with and try to support requires delicacy and empathy.

I’ve noticed a huge surge in people using AI to create agenda, emails, summaries, etc in our workspace. While I loathe it personally and think it’s inefficient, people are now starting to use AI to write content about the people we serve. It is abhorrent to me, because the generated work is so dehumanizing.

I’d like to add a line or symbol to my email signature indicating that I’m “committed to an AI-free workplace” as a way to a) make sure people know that my work is my own and b) perhaps spark some interest and conversation around why I choose not to feed info to bots.

Does anybody have suggestions or templates? Everything I write comes out sounding more like this comment and less like a professional. I’m pretty junior at the organization but send emails to many people at all levels.
