Sensation recovery after long term numbness possible?

Are there any people who have had this for more than 10-15 years plus and recovered a decent amount of erogenous sensation and sexual function?

Been dealing with numb genitals, erectile dysfunction and anorgasmia since I was 14 years old. Routinely written off my whole life about this issue given clean mris.

Had bilateral laparoscopic decompression of the pudendal nerve in 2023 by Dr Renaud Bollens, compression was found at the pelvic ligaments and entrance to the alcock's canal. Likely have compression/entrapment at the site of the piriformis and dorsal nerve. Stubborn, lifelong hypertonic pelvic floor. Guessing it is too late for me and I will be like this for the rest of my life
