1 daily challenge missing?

Im still mostly new to 76 but ive been doing the daily and weekly challenges when i can, today inlogged on and theres only 5 + the golden + fallout 1st challenges, is this a bug or just a change? Every other time ive played its doable without 1st (so 6 challenges + gold + first) but todays the first time its been different, is it still possible to get the gold if i physically dont have the 6th quest to get 6/6?
