No support person : feeling unwell so scared

My mum is my safety person and she’s left the country. I’m severely underweight. I haven’t really eaten or drank in 3/4 days. Last night I woke up (I think maybe I had acid tummy) and was heaving. It freaked me out so much. This morning hours later I woke up with a small amount of D. went all day just feeling weak and nauseous and then late tonight got D worse again. I’m currently lying in the bathroom trying to convince myself that bugs don’t work this way and being on my own for this is hell.
