Need advice on what to do with Xmas bonus

Hey everyone,

I started a job earlier this year that offers an Xmas bonus every year of about £3000. Very greatful for it but don't exactly know what to do with it.

I have a normal current account, monzo savings account with 9k in, a moneybox cash isa with about 9k in and a moneybox LISA with 5k in.

I had the thought of putting my Xmas bonus straight into the LISA to try and max it out and get the maximum government bonus for the year but don't know why, something tells me that's not a good idea? I don't know. What do you guys think? Any advice is welcome!
