What are your opinions/ advice?!

So I (F) have a childhood friend (F) whom I have known since the age of 5 and still know her! She comes from a little abusive household where it's like a 50-50 situation! They are sometimes abusive sometimes good! So coming to the main topic is I am a very good listener and advisor as everyone has complemented me about that! So the issue is that everytime it's any problem in her house she comes to me! Rants about it for hours and then goes back home! Doesn't care of I have any problems!? Never calls be again untill she has some issues!

The issue was never about her ranting about her problems to me! I have always been a empath and would always be there if someone needs me!! 😮‍💨🤷🏻‍♀️but it was that whenever she had to go out she had her diff bestie for that! Whether it be outing or cafe visits, just random night walks , shopping ,when I asked she coincidentally doesn't get permission for it but when it's her different friend ( Idk the name) she suddenly has tons of time for all the stuff I asked her to go for! She calls me only when she has to cry or rant about family and her boyfriend issues! but never to initiate plans!

This makes me feel that I am just used as a free therepist?? She stays at my place till late and her mother thinks that I am spoiling her daughter and she doesn't defend me at all! She also came today ,ranted and went away🤷🏻‍♀️ what do I do? Confront her ? Tell her about all the shit she does ? Just give me your opinions and advice can't decide 🙃🙏🏻
