Inappropriate language/ behavior at ELKs Lodge

I am a new member of an Elks lodge. joined with 3 other female friends. some of us are married, single and or gay.

one of the elk members ( he’s been a member for more than 15 yrs) came over to our table one evening. Not drunk to I assume say hello knowing we were fairly new members. He was telling up about the lodge and his girlfriend was also a member. Just a normal conversation that led to him telling us (he’s in his early 70’s) he still works full tim, has a girlfriend and “everything works for my age, and I mean everything“ as he took his hand and sort of circled around his mid section. I was floored as we hardly know this guy, it’s a table of middle aged women and the freaking ELKs lodge. He’s held every officer position at the lodge at one time or another and at present is the Loyal Knight. We sort of all uncomfortably laughed and dropped all conversation. My question is to fellow Elks who do we go to? His live in girl friend is very involved in the elks lodge an is a Trustee and on every committee

Who do I approach about this members conduct?..

Im aware the backlash will be brutal but we have three witnesses. you don’t say anything sexual to any women at anytime. this is highly inappropriate and need to be addressed
