RTX5060 not detected on old motherboard

Hi. I got an RTX 5060, and when I tried to boot it up, it didn’t output any video. I went through the usual troubleshooting steps, like checking the card physically and the connections, also updating the BIOS, but nothing helped. The card doesn’t show up in Device Manager. My motherboard is quite old (H61 chipset), but in theory, it should work, right (since it's PCIe2.0 so major bottleneck but it should work)? The PSU is a brand new 700W Cooler Master, and the fans on the card spin, but it just doesn’t communicate with the rest of the PC. I put the old card back, and it works fine, so there’s no damage to the board. Has anyone faced this issue? Is there a way to fix it, or do I just have to buy a new setup to get it running?
