Has this happened to anyone else??😭

I’m so fed up with ordering online from Pandora this is the second time in a month that they forgot to didn’t add one of my items. Once the Black Friday sale started I ordered the stitch charm and the Ariel ring and only got the stitch charm. They said they’d issue me a refund but never did. I contacted customer service at-least 5 times and the last person I spoke to said to dispute it with my bank so now I have to dispute it with my bank (annoying) and now today I received my package that I ordered on actual Black Friday because when I went in store to my local Pandora the rings I wanted were out of stock in my size so I just ordered them online. And only one ring came. I then again contacted them via the customer service chat and they said that the ring I ordered was out of stock so they’ll give me a refund and that’s fine (sad) but idk what’s up with them. I understand it’s the holiday season but why does this keep happening to me 🥲
