Adjusting Dose

I’ve been on 5mg for 5 months. About 2.5 weeks ago, I tried to cut my dose in half and really felt like the wheels were coming off. So three days ago I resumed my full 5mg and I feel terrible. Anxiety, restlessness, derealization it’s very bad. Anyone else deal with this and how long should I expect to feel normal again?
