Can't log in to league support

This has been happening all year and i'm finally out of fix ideas. Everytime I log into league support, it redirects to the previous page and refuses to log me in so I can't submit a ticket. I saw one fix explaining that you have to change your email, but I no longer have access to that email, hence the need for the ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated, please.
