desparately need the plumbird to officiate my sims' wedding

okay. "desparately" and "need" are a bit dramatic. it's a want. I just want pruella to officiate their wedding. the bride has a high enough friendship level to ask her to do so, but even after asking her I can't add her to the role while setting up the event. I know she's a special NPC and there are probably some weird restrictions to having her take roles like that, so I'm looking for a workaround. I have MCCC and UI cheats extension and I'm also not afraid to mess around in config files if needed. I just really want my sims to be married by the bird woman :/
