Brand new B650-P WIFI Motherboard Unresponsive

I have a brand new MSI B650-P Motherboard, and am getting absolutely no response when I plug in and turn on the PSU. No debug or idle lights turn on, no fans etc.

I plugged the PSU into my old motherboard and everything on there lights fine.

I double checked that the psu cables were plugged all the way in until it clicked.

Attempting to turn on the PC also doesn't cause any visible change anywhere.
