GPU upgrade

Currently my rig is a 3070 and a 5700x3d with 32GBs of ram. I have a 180hz 1440p monitor as well, I’m just wondering what would be a good upgrade from a 3070 and not too overkill for the monitor as well. The VRAM on the card is the reason why I’m upgrading.
