Can i withdraw an application to take away one of the three choices at a university?

I applied to a program at mcmaster out of impulse and am severely regretting it. I applied to two programs, and i want to keep one, but i want to free up space for two other programs. If i press the trash icon on the program i no longer want to apply to on ouac, select two more programs for a total of three programs at the university, is that possible? Not being refunded isnt an issue. Any insight is appreciated thanks!!
