do i last too long?

i got married recently. i’ve found i can last really really long with my wife, up to 3 hours, something i’ve not been able to do when masturbating (maximum 5 minutes lol)…

my average time is about an hour, but i can go longer pretty easily - of course - with a minute or two break to catch my breath and drink water.

when i end up lasting super long, my penis goes numb around the hour mark, but it still feels really good.

my wife loves that i can last super long and prolong the feeling, and so do i, but could this be a sign of an underlying issue?
