Need help with a community button layout issue

Hello, I downloaded Cerebrum’s Total War configuration layout and I noticed when using the right analog stick that it doesn’t move correctly, when I move downward it moves and and veers down to the the left and if I try to go up it moves to the right as well as going up.

What setting do I need to adjust so up goes up and down goes down etc?

He has the right joystick as Joystick mouse

mouse sensitivity to 201

horizontal scale to 100

vertical to 64

stick response curve wide

rotate output 26

when I do a dead zone test the stick acts normal it’s only when I go into total war it happens.
