Jewellery and piercings

I start working on the weekend and I know they have a thing about jewellery which is fine I can take them out apart from my nose piercing. I’ve honestly had it in for like 2 years I think and had a bunch of trouble with it along the way so I’ve never actually changed the jewellery and I’m pretty sure now it’s stuck lol. I just keep it clean and leave it. It’s nothing crazy just a tiny stud. I don’t think I’ll be able to take it out and if I did miraculously, the hole would close up after a few hours which will just make me prone to tissue damage etc if that’s a repeated process since it’s clearly had trouble healing. So I’m not really sure what to do and is there anyway around this??
