Feeling stuck with weight loss journey

Advice: Seeking ❓

I do weight training 5 days a week (legs twice, push twice, pull once) With 2 days of active recovery (walking around the neighborhood).

5ft 8in.My BMR according to the test I did is 2513. I’m on an 1750 calorie intake per day all 7 days per week. My goal is 165 lbs and I’m trying to get to it by March 2026. I aim for 183 G protein, 160g carbs, 30g fiber and 51 g of fat per day.

I’ve been eating almonds & avocados for healthy fats, also trying to reduce my high cholesterol.

My fiber comes from chia seeds, pears and chickpeas.

I meal prep & use a scale, so my calorie intake is accurate across both apps I’m using (fitnesspal & cronometer)

I track my weight every morning after I use the bathroom and consistently get 78 oz of water, and most days more.

I started a consistent and strict diet on October 5th.

I cannot go below 180 pounds and I’ve been hovering at this weight since November 23rd. Some days I am the same weight for 3-4 days at a time. 181.3 from Nov 19 - to the 22. On the 23rd I dropped to 180.9. But from Nov 25-27 I was at 181.7 for 3 days. I’ve been reading that weight loss should be tracked weekly as calorie banking and budget happens on a rolling weekly basis(?), but I’m not seeing progress for the calorie deficit I’m in.

I’m not sure what’s going and even though I’m doing everything “right”. The first few week were working in October as I have lost some pounds. 5 to be exact since then. Some days I wake up and I can see my bellybutton (my visceral fat pushes my midsection out more than my belly button and I usually cannot see it). And then the next day it goes back to “normal” and I can’t see my bellybutton.

Looking on some advice for my journey & routines.
