User Harassing Our Business After Fraud Attempt — Continues Editing 1-Star Review
I’m dealing with an ongoing situation and need guidance on what steps I can take with Google Business to stop a user from repeatedly editing and weaponizing a fake review against our company. We recently had a customer attempt to use an unauthorized credit card for a $1,040 auto transport. We blocked him and filed a police report (fraud + harassment). Full details are in our blog here:

We responded to the forum review here- [How Bigfella Auto Express Handles Payment Fraud and Protects Vehicles : r/AutoTransport](https://www.reddit.com/r/AutoTransport/comments/1pdigjx/how_bigfella_auto_express_handles_payment_fraud/)

Since the incident, the individual has:
- Left a 1-star review on our Google Business profile
- Continues to edit the review repeatedly to harass our business
- Targeted us on other platforms, including Yelp and Reddit (r/autotransport)
- Contacted us with further harassment after being blocked
- Despite being reported for fraud and harassment, continues attempting to damage our reputation
I’ve already:
- Reported the Google review several times within GBP
- Documented everything
- Filed a police report
- Reported him on Yelp and other platforms
Any guidance from GMB pros or anyone who has handled similar repeat-harassment reviewers would be appreciated. I just want to protect my business and my carriers from fraudulent activity and ongoing harassment.
Thanks in advance.
