which software for DIY nas

just receiveid an N150 motherborad that i will use with stuff I already got to setup a new nas (16 gb ddr4 3200, 2-4 10/12Tb hdd and a couple of Nvme). I currently run an old DS213j with 2x16Tb just for data storage and also a n100 mini pc that runs obs (with 2vlc plugins) to stream 24/7 musci & videos to twitch.

I'm pondering which nas software to use?

what I need is :

• data storage (maybe with periodic saves to an external drive / cloud)

• running an rtmp stream to twitch/kick/yt etc with obs or anything else (just need to play videos and audio folders at random) can it be dockerized ?

-maybe setting up an arr stack (radarr sonarr etc)

I was thinking to use ZimaOs because I didn't used a linux distro for years and I'm bad in front of a terminal. I'm not sure the poor n150 can hold all of it.

Any suggestions on what software to use?
