Lian Li Lancool 3 Fan Problem

Im trying to build my new pc. Everything is fine but my pc case's front fans are not working. I put the cable as you can see in attached photo. I don't care rgb I just want to my fans work. Is that because of drivers because it is a new pc and I didn't update drivers yet. My motherboard is Asus TUF Gaming x870e. Thank you!
