The Heist

Hi everyone!

I've got a problem on my "The Heist"-quest.

!!<My task is to "Find a way to obtain the confiscated cargo". I talked to Eshe and after a while I can answer with "I could help guard the shipment for you" and she answers with "I have entlisted my useless husband to do that. Not that he makes a particularly fearsome guard..." + "Hmm. Perhaps you could help. With that buffoon so occupied, the paperwork has begun piling up. Very well. here is a copy of the keys. You will ensure no one enters without my express permission, do you understand?"

But after that conversation I don't have a key in my inventory.. :( Anyone got some tips? The quest allows you to talk to Eshe, Kenli or Kenyatta but I can only talk to Eshe, but I don't know why.
