Duck instead of Turkey

Idk if anyone is interested in this but large Gressingham Ducks are currently on Rollback in Asda

They’re £7.50 each and will comfortably feed 2 adults and 2 kids

As I say idk how popular duck is at Xmas generally, but I always have it as a treat instead of Turkey so thought this would be worth a mention. For reference a woodduck from a local butcher would NOT feed 4, they’re usually smaller breed wild ducks not the larger breeds used by Gressingham.
