Private vs Public

i’m graduating may 2026. passed my FE this past summer and signed my offer for a private firm for a 80k hybrid role with a 2k bonus

i’ve recently gotten another offer from a county which is fully in person and about 30% site while 70% in office for 90k

the pay is interesting since that looks like their selling point but i wanted to ask for experience in public as i’ve only worked in private before throughout my internships

-what is it like working in public? -is the 10k salary addition worth giving up my hybrid flexibility? -which would you chose as an entry level and why?
