Help me decide, pretty please!

Hi everyone! I know this is probably the hundredth time this has been asked, but I'm officially deep in the Fujifilm Decision Paralysis club, specifically between the X-T50 and the X-T30iii (as if wasn’t almost everyone in these posts). I'm sorry if this is one too many posts, but I genuinely feel like I need some „personalized“ advice!(I understand I pull the trigger and the decision is mine but still) I've done the deep dives - read the reviews, watched the comparisons - and I feel like I know less than before. Here's my situation: I'm a student, do a bit of travelling and I am looking to get into photography. This year, using my boyfriend's camera, I realized how much I enjoy the process (I also like to think I wasn’t the worst) and I've always loved the aesthetic and vibe of the Fuji brand (my uncle's camera is beautiful!). My plan is to start with a kit lens, use it for a while, and then look into other lenses, maybe some pancake and other. The photos won’t be professional, it will be more for my memories, to show family, socials,.. nothing crazy. Maybe if I really loved something, I would print it, but that’s kinda it.

Price comparison - middle Europe market

• X-T30iii (Kit 13-33mm): around $1215 with tax, $1000 without (I have option to purchase without tax=cheaper). This feels like the safe, sensible beginner purchase.
• X-T50 (Kit 15-45mm): around $1500 with tax, $1400 without. I feel like this is a steal (only charcoal colour tho), if I were to buy the body only somewhere else, it would be more expensive.

I'm a big believer in the "buy once" philosophy, which pushes me toward the X-T50. The specs are close in many ways (battery, size), but the X-T50 has IBIS. But also there were comments that the 40mpx sensor makes it feel „clinical“ and I don’t know about that.

Crucially, I have noticeably shaky hands. Since I've never used IBIS before, I don't know how much of a game-changer it would be. For someone with shaky hands who is just starting out and wants to travel light, is the IBIS and better processor in the X-T50 worth it? Or should I go for something else?
