employment: should i throw in the towel on full-time server jobs

hello my service worker brethren 👋 just moved back to seattle and am trying to be un-unemployed. i've worked as a server before but only ever at one restaurant at a time. looking around and i'm finding that most job postings are explicitly part-time. i would really prefer getting all my paper from one place and not having to juggle shifts and responsibilities but it seems that might be harder in seattle than it was in indiana lol. would greatly appreciate any advice from folks who've figured out how to be in this line of work and also pay rent thank youuuuuuu
