auto collision small claim court , i will like to know my chances.

Location: Florida ,I’m suing through small claims court and wanted to get some opinions. So here’s what happened:

I was driving through a Costco parking lot, and this guy hit me while he was reversing on the side. The damage on my car is near the back tire so essentially over half of my vehicle was already passing through when he hit me . His vehicle is a Ram 1500 and mine is a Genesis Coupe — so the size difference is pretty big.

His insurance wants 50% liability because the other guy said he was already pulling through. But honestly, I don’t get how that makes sense. I mean, who wouldn’t notice a massive truck like that? i wasn't on my phone or anything it was a Saturday 2pm Costco is packed so i have to pay attention , i have only 3 pictures and i wish i would have taken more but the anxiety of the moment took the best of me

My question is, could he just brush it off in court and I wouldn’t win? Or do I actually have a strong case here?
