best places to get bad tubes?

im experimenting with designing my own mods for pvs14, and would like some cheap but working tubes to play with. basically cheap as possible MX-11769s, with damage, big blems or burn in, all fine as long as they still function and some part of the visual field is normal.

i’ve been watching ebay but it has been slow, any suggestions? ty
