How long should/can I stay in the US after my wedding?

My boyfriend (USC) and I (Indian, B1/B2) are planning a wedding in California early next year - 2026, following which he will file i130 for the CR1 visa for me. We met via friends - became friends yourselves and that slowly turned into a serious relationship for around 6 years (hold proof of intial chat dates, initial meeting, holidays we took with family, gifts etc).

I hold a 10 year ME tourist visa (never stayed in the US more than 3 weeks ever with it and visited 3 times in 5 years). I also hold other visas like Schengen and have no history of overstay anywhere.

I would love to stay with him in the US for a brief honeymoon following our wedding but worried that given the current climate, it might look suspicious when he applies? For the record, I do not intend to overstay my tourist visa and AOS, I'm doing the CR1 from my home country. Does anyone have any idea how long I could stay or is it advised to leave ASAP?
