PC Shutting down during intense games.

HARDWARE

Quick history check i have had recurring problems where my pc just freezes for 2 seconds and restarts and this happens mostly during GPU heavy games.
Over the last month, it has become unbearable. Today i had 4 crashes almost back to back. 2 in BF6 and 1 in Breakout Inifnity.
I have tested my CPU/GPU/RAM/SSD and didnt notice anything out of the ordinary. I dont think its thermal throttling or any driver/software issue.
I think the problem lies in the PSU. I have a Thermaltake LitePower 550W, and i bought it, i think 9 years ago(as i write this i am understanding why i have this issue). Just recently noticed its F tier in the excel tierlist for PSU's. My suspicion is that my PSU cant provide power for my GPU.

My main question is, is there any software to monitor and log the PSU PCIe power connector.
My main concern is i want the be able to save the log even if my pc crashes (Which it will).
So when it crashes, i can take a look at the log and see if there's anything happening.

My specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
16Gb 3000Mhz DDR4
RX 6600 Sapphire.
1 HDD, 1 Sata SSD, 1 M.2 SSD

Hyper 212 cooler, 3 case fans.

Any insights will be appreciated!! Thanks guys.
