Podcast Portwenn

As if writing fan fiction weren't enough, I decided to create a podcast. Right now, we're discussing Doc Martin but starting in January we'll be talking about Best Medicine too. It's an independent fan production, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Buffalo Pictures, ITV, Fox, or the creators of Doc Martin or Best Medicine. It's purely a labor of love and a way to learn a new skill.

Obviously, no one who wants to watch Best Medicine spoiler free will want to tune in to Doc Martin specific podcasts at this point, but I'll be clear in the show notes what we are discussing.

If you're interested in seeing what we've done so far, look for Podcast Portwenn on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

My plan is for "newbie" episodes, starring someone who is watching the show for the first time, and "know it all" episodes, starring someone who, like me, has seen it all. I also have a four part series for "The Psychology of Portwenn" focussing on different seasons. There is at least one episode of each type already released. There will be more fun coming too.

I did let Buffalo Pictures know ahead of time, through their "Contact Us" website form, that I planned to do this and how to contact me if they either didn't like the idea or wanted to provide guidelines.

Enjoy!
