H1B – PERM filed recently, now may need to move to a new office location. Will PERM need to restart?

Hi all,

I am currently working in remote location. My PERM was filed recently, but now there’s a chance I may need to move to a different office address (same employer in different MSA). For anyone who has been through this — did you have to restart the PERM process because of a work location change? What was your experience like?

I’m trying to understand whether a move to different MSA triggers a new PERM, or if an amendment or updated posting is enough.

Any insights or personal experience would be really helpful. Thanks!
