Is it normal that a Chaos Lord doesn’t have a true end goal?

I was randomly thinking about it and none of my Five Chaos Warlords have an end goal. Sure they do have goals but not big grand plans.

None of them want to become a Daemon Prince and they are fine as is.

I was gonna explain what my 5 Warlords goals are but I decided to scrap that. It would Bloat this post.
