Sacellum of Boethiah thoughts?

Hey, I just completed the sacrifice part of the Boethiahs Calling quest. I remember the very first time I came upon this quest and it freaked me out. Sacrifice someone? How horrible and I found it scary. But I eventually reasoned it’s part of the game and I am open to trying new things, lol.

Anyhow, this might be the 10th or more time doing the sacrifice and I realized it doesn’t bother me now and I have a strategy in how I win the battle.

As I was looting after I noticed a tanning rack (for which hides or is that skin???) and then I thought, can I sacrifice someone else? Has anyone ever did this?
