Lost of Telework Lost of Culture

For those that did telework as a whole team have you noticed lost of culture? Teams that spread accross multiple states and buildings just end up being solo in the middle of a bunch of other teams that were already localized. I just notice things are a bit dead. I dono. Cant say this isnt a negitive inpact on my unit. I just feel like I used to be more energetic and I had more creative, inventive, out of the box ideas when I wored from my home office. Also since RTO my division and team has been no more team face to face to actually get to meet the people I work with. I have also tracted my health from dr visits to study if it has an impact and its has significant negitive inpact in gov office.
