Stop queueing as healer if you're not a full time healer for any 5/10 man pug

It's does nothing but makes your teammates life way harder, game mechanics don't need a part time healer to do any DPS related topic during the pve dungeon, part-time healing doesn't have enough heal, and your taking the role for player who actually queueing as full time healer. Just take off your fan or umbrella and put some random lvl1 spar or something...
